Delivery is free from €160, below this amount, participation in delivery costs is between €3 and €7.50.

Your package is with you 2 to 3 days after your order  .

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Romania, the United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden, the contribution to the delivery costs is 15 € . Allow 4 to 5 days to receive your package. *
Everything there  : For all other countries, participation in delivery costs is 35 €. Count 5 to 12  days to receive your package. *

Exchange, RETURNS & REFUNDS

From Metropolitan France, returns are your responsibility.
After receipt of your order you have a period of fourteen days to change your mind and return  your  purchases.
Simply send your return request to atelier.vitrine.marcucci@gmail.com.

The items must in no case have been worn, washed or damaged and must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale so that they can be reimbursed.
We do not make standard exchanges, because each creation is unique. For a new  model or another color, simply reorder on the online store.

REPAYMENT

Upon receipt of your package, we will send you a confirmation email. In any case, we advise you to carefully keep your tracking numbers. Once the return has been received, you will be reimbursed as soon as possible, by bank transfer or check.
